No 'other' selection in industry selection dropdown on success form

Issue Faced
After uploading a file, the user has to fill in his/her personal details. There is no ‘Other’ option in the industry field dropdown. There should also be a placeholder ‘Please select’.

Steps to Recreate

  1. Upload a file
  2. Fill out the form and go to industry dropdown

Expected Behaviour
The user should see ‘Please select’ and be able to select ‘Other’.

The arrow should also be fuchsia instead of grey by default. Please see details in Figma.
