'Contact us' on email success page should open up chatbot

Issue Faced

When clicking on ‘contact us’ on the email success page after the file upload, it opens up my email client instead of the chatbot.

Steps to Recreate

  1. Upload a file
  2. Fill out details on the form
  3. See success page and click on ‘contact us’.

Expected Behaviour
Clicking on ‘contact us’ should open up the chatbot. See Jira ticket D2C-162.

Hi Susanne,

We have fixed this issue and you should now be able to continue without this blocker. A minor change was made as it was not possible for us to open the chatbot from the “Contact us” link. You will alternatively see a link to go to our help desk with a support document to help you out.

Please run a quick test on your end and let us know if there are any other concerns.

I will kindly close this issue in 5 days if no other reply is received.
